Clothing Required

These classes help us learn a new way to use stretching and the natural movement the female body enjoys. There is no need for anyone to get naked and it is expected that if you are interested in taking anything off, you dress in layers.

Ladies Please

Men are great and we love them very much, but this is really all about us. We want every woman to learn about herself and her own body without the little voice inside worrying what he thinks...

18 & Older

I love my daughters, but the couple of hours I get out of the house to dance are some of the most precious moments of my week. We WILL have a lot of fun and some unusual conversations; children should stay at home with Daddy or Grandma.
