Strip to Fit and all Pole classes involve "Poling" we request you refrain from wearing lotions, oils and jewelry on while attending class. This helps to keep the poles in good condition and insure your enjoyment while swinging.

Strip to Fit
Strip to Fit Classes are the best dance and workout class you have had in years. These low impact classes offer your muscles a place to move and that inner sex kitten a place to play! In Strip to Fit a routine is taught every month combining the stretchy moves learned during warm up with the great swings and things taught in pole classes. Each night of the week offers a great way to workout and have a great time.
Level 1 Pole Work
This is the first step "up" the pole. Learning to trust the pole and begin the basics for developing the muscle strength you will need in as you progress. There are Pole Classes at all times and days of the week. These classes are more fun than any workout you have ever had before. Build upper body strength while learning the hippest way to be fit!
Level 2 Pole Work
Taking the moves you have learned and perfected in the Level 1 class we will move on to swings. Developing upper body strength and securing your self esteem for the love of pole! Level 2 class is currently Tuesday nights at 7.30pm. Please call in advance to check space availability.
Open Pole
Open Pole is free for students with Tier 2 & Tier 3 . Instructors will be present while you work at your own pace. You would be responsible for your own warm up,and possibly have to share a pole with other students. This time is to allow you to practice and perfect what you have learned in class. Open Pole will be on the 5th week of each month and one Saturday a month. Check the Schedule for dates.
Yoga
Yoga classes at Eccentric Studio are taught as a supplement to good physical and mental health. These easy beginner level classes are a wonderful way to give yourself an hour of time. Come in, get a mat and enjoy some time to yourself. Classes are several times each week.
